Activities can be created and added to an employee’s App in two (2) ways:
- Create an Event and QR Code
- Create an Event and “Push” to the Employee(s) via Managed Training

Activities that an employee has entered manually (not using a QR code or added by a company) can ONLY be edited by the employee using the web version of the app, located at: https://moc.gen4.info/. Activities that have been created by your company for a QR code or pushed to an employee(s) can ONLY be edited by an Admin User of that company using the web version of the app, located at: https://moc.gen4.info/. See How to Edit an Event QR Code or to Pushed to Employees – Admin User
Yes, any changes will be updated once changes are saved to the employee’s record of that event and/or activity.

They may not have allowed the company to “view summary”. Check the “Accessibility” they have provided in the “Permissions” area of your company on their phone app or web version of the app.
