Introduction

This course refreshes your skills and knowledge of incident investigations in mining.  

Who should attend?

Practising certificate holders for any class of mine to satisfy the maintenance of competence requirements for the NSW Resources Regulator.

  • How to draw scene diagrams effectively
  • Effective gathering of appropriate information
  • The stages of investigation

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded a Statement of Attendance for the following:

This course is delivered through classroom-based training and exercises.

  • There are no formal prerequisites for this course.
  • Mines Rescue recommends you be aware of the policies and procedures of your workplace before starting the course.
