Healthy weight initiative
This health program is designed to assist individuals lose weight and improve overall health.
The program includes:
- 12 face-to-face or online sessions with a health ‘coach’
- Nutrition, exercise and health lifestyle advice
- Personalised goal setting
- Resources to help achieve health goals
Quit smoking
This initiative is run to help you quit smoking to improve your health.
The program includes:
- 3 sessions with a Psychologist
- Telehealth across NSW or face-to-face at CS Health (Speers Point)
- Personalised plan and goal setting
- Resources to help prevent relapse
- Updates and progress to your GP
