Flexible working arrangements
We offer various working arrangements including part-time, job sharing and flexible work arrangements. We also have opportunities for our people to develop their skills through secondments and higher duty responsibilities.
In addition to your annual sick leave and long service leave, we offer a range of leave entitlements. These include five (5) weeks annual leave, generous parental leave, additional purchased annual leave, carers leave, study leave, unpaid leave and compassionate leave.
We aim to support all our people with gaining the right training and development in order to support their current position or potential career growth within the business. We offer either financial assistance or paid study/exam leave.

Eligible employees may take part in our salary sacrifice scheme which involves taking part of your base salary as employer super contributions, rather than as cash income. We also have a novated leasing program available for all employees.
