Rehabilitation

Returning to work after an injury or illness is an important part of the recovery process.

CS Health is a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation provider, offering injury management and occupational rehabilitation services including:

• Identifying suitable work duties
• Developing return to work plans
• Medical case conferencing and liaising with health professionals
• Worksite, ergonomic and activities of daily living assessments

The return to work process is a team effort. We work together with all parties to identify and work through solutions to ensure a safe and successful return to work for the injured worker.
