Mines Rescue training facilities are located in the Gunnedah, Lithgow, Moolarben, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Illawarra mining regions.

Why Us?
Our purpose-built training facilities are equipped with practical areas that incorporate height towers and confined space areas for specialised high-risk training, as well as providing virtual reality technologies and an underground gallery for mine safety training.
These specialised facilities allow workers to respond to real and simulated safety events such as fires, roof falls, gas outbursts, and other workplace hazards in a controlled and risk-tolerant environment. We are also happy to deliver training onsite at your premises or at another venue of your choice.

Virtual Reality (VR)
Our unique VR training simulations allow participants to experience and respond to hazardous situations in a safe and controlled environment using ocular headsets and other devices.
VR training has been shown to have a positive impact on a number of cognitive elements central to effective learning including spatial awareness, problem-solving, hazard perception, and team building.
