As part of our new way of working we invite you tell us about your experience with us.

If you have lodged a claim with Coal Mines Insurance (CMI), we will send you a feedback opportunity via SMS:

  • after initial contact with CMI
  • after 3 months
  • when your claim is closed

Participation is optional but your feedback will help us to improve how we work with you.
