May 2017 – Mines Rescue reveals new look vehicles

NSW Mines Rescue (Mines Rescue) has revealed striking new vehicle livery in its latest fleet upgrade.

Coal Services’ Marketing Manager, Belinda Ward, said that the new livery was part of a wider visual branding program that is being rolled out across the business.

‘With the Mines Rescue vehicles we wanted to create a strong graphic presence that reflects the strong reputation of our Mines Rescue service. We also wanted to ensure our vehicles are easily identifiable, particularly in an emergency response situation,’ she said.

Matt Fellowes, General Manager Mines Rescue also explained that the vehicles would help increase the profile of Mines Rescue within the community.

‘It is important to us that local communities are aware of our role within regional mining areas, working closely with industry to provide peace of mind in protecting our NSW workers and their families,’ he said.

The striking new look follows the whole-of-vehicle treatment applied to CS Health’s mobile health units last year.
