Meet Angela

Angela was appointed Managing Director/CEO of Coal Services in May 2025.

This follows a career spanning more than 35 years during which she has held CEO, Director, and Executive roles across the insurance, healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications sectors.

Under her leadership at companies such as Chubb, IAG, General Electric, Citibank, and Prudential she was responsible for leading high-performing teams, driving customer-centric digital transformations, navigating complex regulatory environments, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.

Angela is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master-level Board Directorship qualification from the University of Hong Kong. She is also a founding member of the Asia Businesswomen Leaders Council and the founder of Financial Executive Women in Australia. Angela holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is Six Sigma Green Belt qualified.
