Meet Belinda
Belinda Ward was appointed as Chief Customer Officer in August 2025.
Belinda Ward brings over 25 years of leadership experience across operational and strategic roles at Coal Services, including Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Health & Safety Trust Secretary, and Marketing Manager. This diverse background gives her a strong understanding of the organisation, the industry, and the communities it serves.
As Chief Customer Officer, Belinda leads Communications, Engagement, and Customer Experience, with a focus on strengthening relationships, driving collaboration, and delivering meaningful value to customers and stakeholders. She is recognised as a trusted partner and problem-solver, passionate about building trust, fostering innovation, and achieving better outcomes for the NSW coal industry.
Belinda holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, a Diploma of Management and Team Leadership, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Marketing’s Certified Practising Marketer program. She is also completing a Professional Diploma of Customer Experience.
