Meet Monique

Monique joined Coal Services in 2017 and was appointed to the role of General Manager, Stakeholder Engagement in March 2026.

Monique was appointed to the role of General Manager, Stakeholder Engagement in March 2026 to strengthen Coal Services’ engagement with industry, major customers, unions, and key stakeholders, ensuring activities are coordinated, consistent, and aligned with operational and strategic priorities.

Monique has extensive experience in occupational health, operational leadership, and industry engagement. Since joining Coal Services in 2017, she has held several senior roles across CS Health and most recently led the successful consultation and implementation of Order 45, working closely with operators, unions, and regulators.

Monique has worked in both the public and private health sectors, including health-focused roles in the mining industry in the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
