Meet Paul

Paul Barnicoat joined Coal Services in October 2021 as Chief Financial Officer.

Paul’s career spans more than 30 years in insurance and Financial Services, in a mix of both Finance and operational roles. Paul has a strong track record in transforming support areas, managing insurance company operational areas, advising and driving business growth and process improvement outcomes in companies of all sizes. Paul has previous director experience as a Superannuation Trustee Chairman, Property company director, Dealer group director and also as a volunteer director for Hockey NSW. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Accounting and is a Fellow of the Australian Chartered Accountants. He is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
