Meet Leea

Leea commenced as Coal Services’ Chief People Officer in July 2026.

Leea has extensive experience leading people, culture and transformation initiatives across organisations including EML, QBE and Medical Indemnity Protection Society Ltd (MIPS), with deep expertise in customer-focused and regulated environments.

An accomplished executive, Leea partners with senior leaders to align people and workplace strategies with business priorities. Her expertise spans organisational growth, workforce strategy and large-scale change, helping organisations to strengthen performance, build high-performing cultures and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Most recently at MIPS, Leea played a key leadership role in a major transformation program focused on empowering employees and aligning people initiatives with organisational performance.
